My Girlfriend’s Graduation – Applebee’s Coupons Save the Day
For the last two years my girlfriend and I have been living together and it has not been easy. When I say it has not been easy, I don’t mean that we don’t get along. I mean we have both been in school that demands our time. She is in medical school which requires a lot more dedication than my school. Recently my girlfriend graduated which was a cause for celebration. She graduated with honors and was offered a job the day before she got her diploma. She wanted to celebrate so I said let’s go out to dinner. That’s exactly what we did. We went to Applebee’s bar and grill for some of their happy hour specials and to eat dinner.
When we got to Applebee’s we were both really excited to celebrate and have drinks with one another. She ordered three or four margaritas and I drank about a six pack myself. I’m not a very heavy drinker. After we had a number of drinks, we ordered dinner, which tasted great. Our server noticed that we were very excited and she came over and asked us why. We told her it was because my girlfriend just graduated from medical school and is now a full doctor. Our server was equally excited for us so she gave us some Applebee’s coupons as a gift. We were so excited that we called everybody we knew including our parents. When my mom heard about these coupons, she actually asked me to mail her some, so I did.
Because my girlfriend is now a doctor, she thinks she is the smartest person in the world, so we had a little bit of a contest. That contest was to find out who could come the closest to naming the number of calories in Applebee’s nutritional information. She was right I was wrong. I was not very happy about this but at the same time I didn’t care because we were going to get about 60% off our bill with our new coupons.
I never knew that Applebee’s had so much to offer until that day. For this reason I’m definitely going to tell some of my friends about the Applebee’s specials and Applebee’s coupons that we received. If my friends are anything like me and my girlfriend, I bet they’re going to visit a nearby Applebee’s location soon.
